These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Liquidity Labs Holdings Limited ("LLH", "we", "our", or "us") through the website Eyeknown and any subdomains (the "Site"), and through associated APIs, SDKs, widgets or other developer tools (collectively, the "Site Services"). These Terms apply to all users of the Site Services, including individual consumers ("Retail Users") and clients acting as legal entities or otherwise using the Site Services for business or integration purposes ("Business Users").
Eyeknown is a non-custodial infrastructure provider offering users access to bridging and swapping functionality between blockchain networks via third-party smart contracts. Eyeknown does not custody user assets, control smart contract execution, or act as an intermediary in the underlying asset transfers.
You understand that all transactions initiated through the Site Services, including those using any third-party protocols, are non-custodial, and executed at your own risk and discretion. LLH is not a counterparty to any such transaction.
LLH also provides optional Developer Tools, such as APIs, SDKs and widgets, to facilitate integrations. Use of these tools does not constitute a financial service, nor does it create an agency or partnership relationship.
Capitalised terms in these Terms have the meanings provided in the Definitions section below, unless otherwise stated. "Business User" means any Person, other than an individual consumer, using the Site Services for commercial or integration purposes, including but not limited to platforms embedding Eyeknown's infrastructure. "Retail User" means an individual accessing the Site Services for personal use. "Developer Tools" refers to any SDKs, APIs, widgets or integration tools provided by Eyeknown.
You may not use the Site Services if you are subject to sanctions, located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction, or are otherwise a Prohibited Person. By using the Site, you represent and warrant compliance with all applicable laws, including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing laws, economic sanctions, and export control laws under the laws of the British Virgin Islands and other applicable jurisdictions.
Business Users may integrate Eyeknown Developer Tools into their own products or websites for the purposes of offering blockchain bridging functionality to end users. You remain solely responsible for:
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Eyeknown grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Developer Tools solely for your internal business purposes. This license may be revoked at any time at our sole discretion. Business Users integrating the Developer Tools must not imply partnership, endorsement, or control by Eyeknown, or use its trademarks in a misleading manner without prior written approval.
You agree to use the Site Services in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You warrant that you are not located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction, and that your use of the Site Services will not breach any relevant laws or regulations. If you are a Business User, you further warrant that your integration will not mislead end users, and that your systems are secure and compliant with all relevant obligations.

Eyeknown does not guarantee uptime or availability of the Site Services. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Retail and Business Users acknowledge that use of the Site Services involves risks, including potential loss of digital assets, reliance on third-party protocols, and technical failures.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LLH and its Associates from any and all claims, damages, losses or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site Services. Business Users additionally agree to indemnify LLH against third-party claims arising from their integration of Eyeknown Developer Tools.
Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with these Terms or the use of the Site Services, and to use such information only for the purposes of fulfilling its obligations under these Terms.
Users must not be located in or associated with jurisdictions or individuals subject to comprehensive sanctions under BVI, UK, EU, or US laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLH and its Associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages. LLH's total liability shall not exceed fees paid to LLH in the previous six months, if any. This limitation of liability does not apply to liability under applicable data protection laws, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted by law.
LLH reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site Services at any time without prior notice, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms or legal risk. Business Users agree to cease any integration upon written request if LLH identifies a material risk.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Continued use of the Site Services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms. Where appropriate, Business Users will be notified in advance.
LLH processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws of the British Virgin Islands. Business Users who embed, integrate or interact with the Site Services via Developer Tools are responsible for ensuring that their use of such tools complies with applicable data protection laws. This includes informing end users about any data processing carried out through such integration and obtaining all necessary consents, where required. LLH is not responsible for data collection, cookies, or tracking mechanisms implemented by Business Users in their own environments. Our Privacy Policy provides additional information on how we handle personal data.
You must not use our services to send or facilitate the sending of unsolicited emails or other messages. If you are a Business User integrating Eyeknown tools, you must ensure that any outbound communications comply with relevant anti-spam laws and do not impersonate Eyeknown. Using blockchain technologies and bridging tools involves risk. You may lose access to digital assets or experience slippage or failure of third-party protocols. Business Users are responsible for ensuring end-users are aware of the inherent risks of using integrated services. See our full Risk Disclosure.
We use cookies and similar technologies on our Site. By using our Site, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with our Cookies Policy. Business Users embedding Eyeknown tools in external sites should ensure cookie-related compliance on their own domains.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of BVI courts.
