Business Users integrating Eyeknown Developer Tools must:

• Not use Eyeknown's infrastructure or branding to send unsolicited messages;
• Maintain their own compliant opt-in and opt-out mechanisms;
• Not misrepresent their relationship with Eyeknown in any communications.

5. Enforcement

Violation of this Anti-Spam Policy may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of access to Eyeknown services;
• Revocation of Developer Tool licenses;
• Reporting to relevant authorities;
• Legal action to recover damages.

6. Reporting Spam

If you believe you have received spam in connection with Eyeknown, please report it to our support team through the contact page. We will investigate all reports promptly.
