Law Enforcement Policy

Introduction

This Law Enforcement Policy outlines how Liquidity Labs Holdings Limited ("LLH", "we", "our", or "us"), the operator of Eyeknown, responds to requests from law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities for information about our users and their activities.

LLH is committed to complying with applicable laws while protecting the privacy and rights of our users.

1. Types of Requests

LLH may receive the following types of requests from law enforcement:

• Subpoenas: Legal process requiring the production of specific documents or records;
• Court Orders: Orders issued by a court of competent jurisdiction;
• Search Warrants: Warrants issued by a judge based on probable cause;
• Emergency Requests: Requests involving imminent danger of death or serious physical injury;
• Regulatory Inquiries: Requests from financial regulators or other governmental authorities.

2. How to Submit a Request

Law enforcement agencies seeking information from LLH should submit requests through official channels. All requests must:

• Be submitted in writing on official letterhead;
• Include the identity and credentials of the requesting officer or authority;
• Specify the legal basis for the request;
• Clearly identify the information sought and its relevance to the investigation;
• Include valid legal process (subpoena, court order, or warrant) where required by law.

3. Our Review Process

Upon receiving a law enforcement request, LLH will:

• Verify the authenticity of the request and the identity of the requesting party;
• Assess the request for legal validity and compliance with applicable laws;
• Narrow the scope of disclosure to only what is legally required;
• Notify affected users where permitted by law and appropriate;
• Maintain records of all law enforcement requests received and our responses.

4. Information We May Disclose

Depending on the nature and legal basis of the request, LLH may disclose:

• Basic account information (name, email, registration date);
• Transaction records and history;
• IP addresses and access logs;
• Wallet addresses associated with accounts;
• Communications with our support team.

As a non-custodial service, LLH does not hold user funds and cannot freeze, seize, or transfer digital assets on behalf of users or law enforcement.

5. User Notification

Where legally permitted, LLH will notify users when their information has been requested by law enforcement. We may delay notification if we are legally prohibited from doing so or if notification would compromise an ongoing investigation.

6. Emergency Requests

In cases involving imminent danger of death or serious physical injury, LLH may voluntarily disclose information to law enforcement without legal process, in accordance with applicable law.

7. Data Preservation

LLH will honor valid preservation requests from law enforcement agencies. Preserved data will be held for the period specified by the requesting authority or as required by law, typically up to 90 days with the possibility of extension upon renewed request.

8. International Requests

LLH is incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. International law enforcement requests may be processed through mutual legal assistance treaties (MLATs) or other applicable international cooperation mechanisms.
