This Law Enforcement Policy outlines how Liquidity Labs Holdings Limited ("LLH", "we", "our", or "us"), the operator of Eyeknown, responds to requests from law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities for information about our users and their activities.

As a non-custodial service, LLH does not hold user funds and cannot freeze, seize, or transfer digital assets on behalf of users or law enforcement.
Where legally permitted, LLH will notify users when their information has been requested by law enforcement. We may delay notification if we are legally prohibited from doing so or if notification would compromise an ongoing investigation.
In cases involving imminent danger of death or serious physical injury, LLH may voluntarily disclose information to law enforcement without legal process, in accordance with applicable law.
LLH will honor valid preservation requests from law enforcement agencies. Preserved data will be held for the period specified by the requesting authority or as required by law, typically up to 90 days with the possibility of extension upon renewed request.
LLH is incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. International law enforcement requests may be processed through mutual legal assistance treaties (MLATs) or other applicable international cooperation mechanisms.
